Created in 2004 as a platform for Tricklock Company to workshop and develop new plays, theExcavations New Work Series is an intimate opportunity for artists and audience members to collaborate on the creation of original work for the stage. Excavations acknowledges that theatre is a living art form that is a part of the community, and only with the audience’s ideas and participation can a performance grow to its fullest potential. All Excavations projects are new works in various stages of development, and presentations are always followed by refreshments, lively discussion and a Q&A with the audience.
